As I watch movies, I find it amazing and intriguing how actors and actresses enjoy and work extremely hard throughout their different roles, especially this specific actress. This actress has worked in a variety of genres of films such as action, romance, historical fiction, thriller, animation, and more that we still watch and enjoy today. 

Scarlett Johansson 

Biography and Career Path (Scarlett Ingrid Johansson) – 

Scarlett Johansson was born on November 22, 1984, in New York City, New York. She is well-known as an actress but has also had a side career as a singer. As her father was an architect and a producer, she developed an enjoyment in the acting business as a child. She enrolled in the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute and the Professional Children’s School to be part of many productions, such as on Broadway. Throughout her childhood up to her adult age, she has been in various films of different genres. 

How she became well-known and famous as an actress – 

Although Scarlett Johansson has acted in many movies, she reached pivotal moments of fame in some of these films. For instance, she was nominated for the film Girl with a Pearl Earring with two Golden Globe Awards and one award for her role in Lost in Translation. She also received a Best Actress Award during the Venice Film Festival. When the film she is acting in requires stunts, she does the majority of her fighting scenes unless it is too dangerous to do. Her work made the majority of the public see her as an outstanding, talented actress in the acting business. 

Why I appreciate her work –

Scarlett Johansson has acted in various films, demonstrating her unique talent for executing the necessary and appropriate facial expressions and emotions with facility. I have enjoyed the movies that I have seen her act in, most of which are from the Marvel franchise. To me, Scarlett Johansson is an extraordinary actress who demonstrates her beautifully insightful acting skills throughout her work, representing the films people still watch and enjoy today.
